Light Bulb (Baba Is You Levelpack)

A short adaptation of the Light Up logic puzzle, using mods from the comunnity of BIY. The rules are simple:

It's played on a rectangular grid. The grid has both wall cells and white cells in it. The objective is to place light BLOBS on the grid so that every white square is illuminated. A cell is illuminated by a light BLOB if they're in the same row or column, and if there are no black cells between them. Also, no light bulb may illuminate another light bulb. Some of the wall cells have numbers in them. A number in a wall  cell indicates how many light bulbs share an edge with that cell.

Ans as you can see, you can cheese the level if you want. You have freedom to do anything.
